There is a no step entry in through the front door, as well as access to kitchen bathroom and bedrooms all on a single floor.

There’s a semifinished basement, which contains a great room and access to a patio and a spacious concrete carport

Upstairs off the main living area there’s a nice deck which overlooks the property and has beautiful gardens surrounding it. There’s also a nice Blackstone grill right on the deck adjacent to the kitchen for your use.

The bathroom has a handicap friendly single person tub, with a very small step to get in and out, as well as a seat inside.

When you’re here you’ll have access to all our acres:

+we have walking trails,
+access to water,
+dock and a boat launch behind the owners home
+plenty of fishing holes, which we might just tell you about if you ask.

We are animal friendly, we always have several dogs on property as well as cats, chickens, ducks, etc.

Our property is pretty much considered a doggy paradise… 25 acres on a peninsula surrounded by water.

We also have two other cabins, including a tiny house A-frame, our farmhouse, which is great for renting a combination of for larger family gatherings, as well as camping options!
