While you’re here, it’ll feel like you’ve got the lake pretty much entirely to yourself!
if your party spills off the porch, options are ample–plenty of seating — a picnic table, comfy dock chairs, a swing and a warm fire.
We make every effort to stock our cabin with premium touches—like better toilet paper and quality coffee.
Please! Do not bring wood in from outside it can cause problems in our forest.
To remedy this, we sell large bundles
A full stack of dried oak is $30 and a half is 15
Kayak and canoe rental also available on the premises
COOKING:
–> Inside, there’s a single burner electric cooktop, and an AIR FRYER…
–> A gas-powered grill just outside your door, and…
–>a wonderful fire pit with a cooking grill that rotates over the flame.
Space for food prep is limited, though we have made every effort to stock the small kitchen with all you need to have an amazing time on the lake.
Our goal is to make sure your stay is a five star experience….
–>please keep in mind we have small animals and small children roaming all over our property.
IF YOU BRING dogs, that’s great, we just ask that you report them to us PRIOR to arrival.

You’ll be situated on a little peninsula behind Prices Bridge — in the sleepy town of Leesville, South Carolina.
Staying at a respectful distance of other guests and homes, you’re welcome to roam all over the lakefront, through the woods, on or off one of two marked trails…
Grab a fishing pole and find any of the THREE honey holes back here.
Moreover, situated at the end of a private drive, you’ll be neighboring with our family…
It’s not unusual for our kids or animals to say hello.
If you spend any time outdoors (we hope you will), you’ll quickly see why this land has lasted four decades in our family.
While here, treat the land well, and it’ll return the favor.
–>Spotting deer in the early morning is nearly guaranteed,
–>you’ll surely see the mighty blue heron around the shores….
–>You may even see owls or a bald eagle!
Parking is ample.
Bring your boat–we have a ramp that’s suitable for boats up to 18 feet.

+ animals are welcome, provided you let us know before your arrival
+If you’;re not sure, ASK.
you won’t find another stay quite like this one because Prices Bridge cuts off nearly all boats from entering our cove.
This means it feels like you’re on your own private lake.
Also: we’re a family run property, me, my husband Jesse, and our three kids…hosting is our passion and we look forward to seeing you through a “5-star” stay!
If you’re outside long enough, you’ll probably run into one of us — please say hello, we love meeting new friends!
Remember, please don’t purchase firewood from outside of our land and bring it in.
Firewood is available for a very reasonable price on site as well as kayak and canoe rentals

You’ll enjoy access to:
-a small boat launch,
-a dock,
-picnic table,
-chairs and swings,
-lots of fishing
-20 acres of lakefront area to roam
-great swimming
PLEASE bring lifejackets on any watercraft — we have plenty.
-While there is ample room to explore within Prices Bridge Cove, to visit Lake Murray “proper” you’ll exit from our launch and drive to either of two public launches or innumerable private ones.
-While you’re more than welcome to enjoy yourself here, this is NOT a place to throw a party.
+ weddings are considered on a case by case basis
* family reunions are always preferred when groups book more than one cabin
-The A-frame is ideally suited to couples, and couples with a child or two.
-If your group is larger than 3 people, we offer camping and have other cabins (3 total).
If you come out here:
-You’ll have access to 20 walkable acres,
half of which is forest.
There is one nice marked trail which has been cleared to tractor width that takes you through 0.4 miles to the peninsula point (Norman’s Point).
